Military Service: I served as both an enlisted soldier and Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Army, retiring in 2003 as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Happily married for 18 years to Nanette (Stiller) Winkler. We have one son (Joshua) and one daughter (Michaella). Joshua is a 10th Grader at Steilacoom High School and Michaella is a 4th Grader at Saltar’s Point Elementary.
